Journal club 2006-2007

The Genetics Journal Club

The goal of the journal club is to bring together researchers, technicians and students interested in research applications of genetics. On each meeting, an assigned participant will present one scientific article of his or her choice to the group to open the discussion. Presentations are either in French or English at the choice of the person making the presentation. Paper topics include pharmacogenomics, cardiology and inflammation, making some use or application of genetics.

Meetings are scheduled on alternating Thursdays from 12:00 to 1:00pm in room S3200 at the Montreal Heart Institute. Assigned presenters are asked to send their article on the Friday preceding the presentation.

To request information or to join the journal club, please send an email request to Marie-Pierre Dubé.  marie-pierre.dube [ at] statgen.org
